About this job
Requirements Candidates must have the following qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Excellent driving record
- The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Pass an MDOT Physical
- At least two years previous Custodial/Janitorial/Maintenance experience
- Superior communication skills
- Must be able to learn how to operate a floor sweeper and cardboard baler.
- Excellent organization, time management and analytical skills
- The ability to work with little to no direct supervision
