Service Technician - Colorado Ski & Golf - FT & PT - Fall / Winter Seasonal - Full-time / Part-time

Service Technicians are responsible for performing tunes, mounts, testing, and repairs to ski/snowboard equipment. In addition Service Technicians are responsible to assist with store operations and generate sales.

*This position will start in August with experienced candidates having potential to start earlier*

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Service and repair guest equipment according to established guidelines
• Complete accurate work orders and prioritizing work in an expedient manner
• Determine guests equipment needs and assist in generating sales
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Adhere to all safety procedures
• Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques
• Maintain all paperwork according to company policy

 

Job Requirements:

• Previous ski/snowboard service and repair experience
• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Passion for Skiing/Snowboarding
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to communicate fluently with co-workers and guests in accurate spoken and written English 
• Basic computer skills 

• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends
