Qualifications:
To be considered for this position all candidates must have the following:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Hospitality Certificate, preferred
- 2-3 years experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager in a hotel or resort setting and/or training, or an equivalent of education and experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Reliable Communication (Cell Phone)
- Open Availability (nights, weekends, holidays, and on-calls)
- Spanish Speaking applicants preferred, but not required
Applicant MUST have the following skills:
- Desire to grow with a company
- Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills
- Acute sense of urgency, with strong time management skill
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills (to track Time & Attendance)
