Every person needs the support of others, but we look for very special people to support children with emotional, behavioral or medical complexities. As a Mentor Recruiter with SC MENTOR you’ll be one of those special people.

SC MENTOR is seeking a Mentor Recruiter to build and enhance an active network of Mentors (foster parents) through the strategic recruitment, selection and licensing of qualified Mentors. This position will develop and implement recruiting tracking tools and strategies, and measure success of campaign effectiveness, creating and designing new campaigns as needed to continuously attract and license new Mentors. The primary focus of the position is recruitment and licensure of foster parents in Murells Inlet, South Carolina and surrounding counties.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business or marketing required.
  • Minimum of three years of demonstrated experience working towards specific sales targets and outcomes.
  • Human services experience or experience with the foster care population a plus.
