Job Description
Customer Service team members at Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air deliver friendly and helpful face-to-face service to our traveling customers from the board room to the ticket counters at the airport. They assist customers with travel needs such as ticketing, check-in, boarding the aircraft, securing baggage, all while confirming cabin security. They are people people who love to engage our customers in conversation while attending to their travel needs. Our Customer Service team members are empowered to make decisions that are best for the customer which makes every day feel like a job well done.
