  • You will be responsible for reviewing potentially fraudulent credit card transactions and researching customer accounts that demonstrate potentially suspicious activity from a variety of reporting sources which generate transactional alerts. 
  • Fraud Investigators will have client contact via outbound calls to customers who could be affected by the possible fraudulent transactions.   
  • You will take inbound phone calls from customers and/or operational departments within the client group to assist customers. 
  • Approximately 80% of the representative's day is spent at a computer terminal doing research. 
  • Approximately 20% of the day is conducting customer contact functions. 

This is a full-time, regular employment with Global Receivables Solutions (An Alorica company).  All candidates must be able to pass a criminal background screen, drug screen, and able to furnish High School diploma or GED.
