CheerSounds is looking for a responsible, hard-working individual to perform administration duties and provide office support. Well-qualified applicants should possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to multi-task. 

Full-Time Position, Monday-Friday 9:30AM-5:30PM.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Administration, Customer/Technical Support

 

DESIRED SKILLS

1. Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain coherent production schedule and regulate the production of projects from start to finish; demonstrates attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Service Support: Communicate with customer's via phone, email, and live chat.

2. Scheduling: Maintain the Production Calendar and regulate production status of each job.

3. Projects and Payments: Create projects and invoices, order project materials, manage payments. 

4. Product Delivery: Meet customer deadlines and deliver products to customers via email.

5. Office Management: Regulate office operations and help with daily tasks and duties.
