Part Time Front Office Clerk

The Front Office Clerk greets and provides information to clients, staff, and other visitors at the front desk or by telephone. Receives all in-coming calls to the facility and directs phone calls to the appropriate departments or staff and makes outbound telemarketing calls.

Professionally conveys the philosophy of the facility as a caring, warm, and happy environment, while maintaining an efficient flow of routine clerical duties. 

• Assist with general office duties - general administrative tasks and office cleaning.

And many other tasks that help with team communication and keep the office running smoothly.(including running errands necessary to the company.)

This is a Temporary Parttime position . Starting pay $10.00 per hour w/ bonuses for any leads generated. Average 10-20 hours per week Monday- Saturday with weekly paychecks. 

This position can open an opportunity for a Fulltime position with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour. The opportunity for a permenant position will only be considered after the completion of the Temporary position with Ohio Cleaning Experts.
