About this job

Minimum Qualifications:

- College graduate or 2-3 years of experience in a high volume time constrained environment.

- Proven ability to multi task and manage complex caseloads.

- Ability to negotiate pricing.

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to respond and resolve customer concerns. 

- Detail oriented.

- Strong ability to work independently and prioritize.

- Team oriented.

- Proficient with computer applications such as MS Office, email, desktop faxing and other office procedures.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a job where coordination of activities was a primary function.

- Experience in long term care insurance or any claims related insurance function.
