We are looking for someone with the following skills:
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Must be proficient in Excel and Word
Must have excellent typing and data entry skills
Must be familiar with Windows 7 and Windows XP
Experience processing large payrolls
Customer service - Payroll coordinators have regular interaction with branch personnel
Attention to detail Payroll coordinators audit time cards and verify pay rate information
The job will include the following duties:
Process payroll and invoices for branch staffing offices
Process payroll deductions
Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests
Multiple and varying special projects
Compensation:
Pay $14 - $16 per hour depending on experience and skills
