We are looking for 1 to 2 individuals who would be willing to work on-call from 4:30 pm - 8 am, Monday through Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday. The on-call staffer would take calls from CAREGivers and clients regarding changes to their scheduled shifts due to illness or hospitalization. The on-call staffer would work at filling open shifts and assisting with needs as they arise after the office is closed. These are primarily calls from CAREGivers and clients who need assistance that cannot wait until the office is open to address.

- Answer calls after office is closed and provide assistance to clients and CAREGivers to make changes to shifts.
- Call CAREGivers and clients to fill open shifts.
- Update computer system and makes notes regarding changes.
- Encouraging and friendly demeanor over the phone
- 2+ years experience working in Home Care industry
- 2+ years experience with computers
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations
