The Entry Level Golf Maintenance staff works under the supervision of the Superintendent and the Assistant Superintendent on a diverse range of activities involved in golf course maintenance and construction, performs semiskilled grounds construction and maintenance work and performs related tasks as required. Maintenance of the golf course, including mowing greens, tees, fairways and roughs, clubhouse lawns, landscape beds, sand bunkers and waterways. Drive lawn mowers, golf carts and utility carts with pull behind trailers. Maintenance and cleaning of cart paths, parking lots, restrooms and other facilities and infrastructures as assigned. Assist in the maintenance and repair of the irrigation system, application of fertilizers and pesticides and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

• HS Diploma or Equivalent - required
• Able to read, write and speak English - required
• Valid U.S. drivers license - preferred but not required
• Able to perform physical labor in adverse weather conditions such as snow, rain and cold temperatures - required 
• Able to maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times - required
• Able to work weekends and holidays - required
• Able to communicate in English - required 
• Able to lift and carry 50lbs - required
• Able to work early mornings - required
• In-person interview - preferred
