Envision proudly supports more than 35 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are seeking an experienced LPN to work in a demanding, yet rewarding environment to serve as Assistant to the Director of Nursing. DIDD experience is helpful, but not mandatory. The job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- maintaining medical records for all supported individuals
- scheduling and overseeing medical appointments
- verifying medications/physician orders/MARS
- providing training to new support staff
- completing monthly reviews
- working with the ISP team to create/update and implement
- be willing to work both as an administrative and a shift nurse
- availability to work days/evenings/weekends in a fast paced organization
- participate in the on call rotation
This is a salaried position that also offers full benefits (medical, dental and vision, vacation and sick time, 401k) as well as a sign-on bonus.
