Position Summary We have a new analytical opportunity within our Enterprise Product Innovation and Development department on the Business Insights team! In this highly visible position, you will provide actionable insights and recommendations on all analytic and financial activities for the product areas of Retail Product, PBM Product and Enterprise Innovation. You will be responsible for agile a d hoc analysis and production of business insights. You will be writing SAS and SQL code, pulling and analyzing data as well as developing slide decks, and one of the most critical components of this position will be communicating project results, including but not limited to, development and dissemination of interim and final reports, abstracts, presentations, posters, and press releases, back to the business or senior leaders.
Required Qualifications To be considered for this highly visible opportunity, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in analytical programming logic using SAS or SQL and applied statistics within the healthcare industry. Candidates must also have experience in gathering, synthesizing and reporting on information derived from various sources. Advanced experience with Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint is also required.
Preferred Qualifications
Introductory understanding of the managed care industry, health and business trends, and key market issues;
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services;
Can work independently with minimal guidance.
Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics or other data related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
