Front Desk Assistant – Part Time

APPLY NOW! A locally owned and operated clothing manufacturer is in need of an experienced, part time Front Desk Assistant that can jump in and assist with multi-line phones, invoicing, filing, data entry, cash handling, and various other administrative duties as needed.

Location: SE Portland, OR
*Location is not easily accessible on public transportation, so another form of reliable transportation is highly preferred.

Schedule: Thursday and Friday – 7:00am to 4:30pm

Salary: $10.00/hour

Requirements:
• Previous front desk/reception experience is required.
• Strong customer service skills – person-to-person, phone, and email.
• Able to assist with monetary transactions.

Qualifications:
• Strong work ethic.
• Self-starter that is able to learn quickly and take on new roles as needed.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Possess and maintain a great attitude.
