JOB DESCRIPTION: Maintenance technician
Start: Immediatley
Pay: $12 - $20/hr (depending on experience)
M-F No on call time!
A housing community is looking for someone to do some light woodwork and maintenance on HVAC units.
This is an outdoor/indoor work environment; candidates will need to dress for the elements. These candidates will be working in a large, multi-family residential complex, however will under no circumstances be working with or entering occupied units. In addition to HVAC maitnance, they will be doing light maintenance work in open units as well, i.e; patching drywall, changing electrical outlets, cabinets, light painting ect.
Someone who is mechanically inclined and reliable is a MUST.
- They are looking for someone they can train and for someone that can pick up on things quickly.
Candidates will be expected to work on their own after minimal training.
Some OT may be required.
