Job Description
POSITION OBJECTIVE

Directs scope (project(s), program(s) or services) through direct reports. Oversees management of scope, resources and timelines; manages cross-scope dependencies and consolidates the status. Works closely with business units to develop a consolidated view of scope. Works across the project/program/services family to ensure cohesive and well-integrated efforts. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES leads teams to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within agreed scope and budget and aligned to technology standards and practices

• Responsible for the daily activities of a small to medium team
• Oversees consultants and vendors
• Develops and executes project plans; revises project plans based on ongoing assessments and to deliver project goals and objectives
• Ensures the adherence to PMO methodology and best practices
• Accountable for the capital and expense budgets
• Influences Leadership on key decisions as it relates to individual program/project plans
• Commits time, focus and energy on the development, coaching and performance feedback for each Associate
• Funnels organizational communication and direction to the team
• Advocates for team by moving decisions forward and eliminating barriers
• Identifies and selects the right talent to support the Greatness Agenda
• Responsible for the delivery of excellence in quality and service levels

QUALIFICATIONS required

• Has 5+ years of experience in project/program management
• Bachelors degree or equivalent

preferred

• PMP or PgMP Certification
• Has management experience
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science or related field
• Has expertise in multiple SDLC methodologies
• Retail experience
