About this job


Admin Assistant needed to support varies departments within the organization. Including Human Resources, Risk Management and Payroll
Duties include but are not limited to
• Setting up files for each department
• Receptionist duties
• Processing and following up on risk management issues in support of controlling claims.
• Working with HIPPA sensitive information with confidentiality a must
• Good record keeping and have good organizational skills
• Must have a can do and team player attitude as there will be numerous times you will support
Multiple projects and departments at once. Must be able to multitask with accuracy

Must have and exhibit
Knowledge and use of day to day office policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, must be organized and a team player, excellent telephone etiquette as well as having experience with Microsoft office programs and accurate data entry
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED required, however, an Associate's degree in Administration or Business is desired.. Any experience in employment law or human resources or payroll would be very preferred.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time, bend twist, stoop and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

Minimum HS Diploma or GED, Associates degree PREFERRED - Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resources. Experience with Microsoft Office programs. This is a drug free work environment
