Reverse Logistics Team Member - Full-time / Part-time

About this Opportunity

• Keep the dock and receiving areas clean and organized
• Ensure that paperwork is filed properly and timely; maintain the security and safety of the dock area
• Use accurate receiving procedures and applications to plan and execute the receipt of all store deliveries to maintain product freshness, minimize shortage and improve profitability
• Ensure all merchandise is properly checked in and temperature checks are completed for cooler and freezer items
• Process Vendor Credit chargebacks timely and accurately
• Accurately process defective, damaged, outdated, inaccurate or recalled merchandise
• Process inbound and outbound transfers; process returned merchandise according to company and vendor guidelines
• Read, interpret and use reports to plan work, improve speed and accuracy and track pallets when needed

Requirements

• Ability to read labels, instructions, reports and information on computer screens
• Cheerful and helpful attitude toward guests – demonstrates Fast, Fun and Friendly
• Ability to move merchandise with appropriate receiving equipment (e.g., tubs, carts and flats) to and from backroom and sales floor
• Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift 40 lbs
