Responsibilities

      Small Business (SMB) Sales Representatives will be responsible for driving small business and qualified sales leads of Small Business with 5-99 employees to the Retail Channel with their assigned territory. The goal is to increase SMB ‘adds’ and market share within their assigned territory.

SMB Sales Representative will be assigned to retail store locations within their assigned territory

•             Work with sales reps on developing skills related to qualifying, presenting and closing SMB customers traditional and M2M solutions.

•             Partner with assigned sore and work the sales floor alongside RSRs during peak traffic times

•             Responsible for attending offsite appointments set by retail store employees to further qualify and close opportunities.

•             Responsible for knowing all applicable systems and channel sales metrics.

•             Responsible for time management to ensure that all responsibilities of the position are being met.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant business sales experience, including cold calling
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, and manage time
  • Professional communication and customer interaction skills, with experience hunting for business, negotiating, and closing sales
  • Outstanding solutions-based sales skills and a passion for technology
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
