FROSTER
Position Summary
Responsibilities: make frosting, frost cakes, bundlets, bundtinis and samples according to NBC’s standards, and maintain appropriate par levels.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Possess a strong sense of teamwork
- Ability to follow instructions
- Takes initiative
- Must work well under pressure
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Possess strong physical stamina
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must keep a clean work environment
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Make frosting
- Maintain par levels
- Frost all cakes for same day and next day orders
- Keep frosting area clean and sanitized including tables, microwave and tool bins
- Abide by all NBC policies and procedures
- Uphold NBC’s image and brand
