Dishwasher - Full-time / Part-time

Dishwashers are the unsung heroes of an efficient and busy restaurant. The safe and accurate rotation of clean glassware, silverware, plateware and cookware throughout the restaurant during a busy shift makes possible the timely and efficient service of our guests.It is our expectation that UFG Dishwashers have the following abilities in addition to those listed in the General Job Description:- Ability to handle and work with heavy racks of silverware, glassware, plate and cookware- Ability to safely transport silver, glass and plate ware without damage or breakage- Ability to safely work with water of a high temperature- Ability to bend, stoop and rotate within the requirements of washing dishes- Ability to work in a warm environment- Ability to work in a moist environment, including the possibility of slick floors- Ability to work with, and maintain responsibly, expensive equipment- Ability to safely work with equipment capable of reaching and maintaining extreme temperatures- Ability to work safely with chemicals necessary for washing dishes according to safe guidelines- Ability to work safely with chemicals associated with cleaning and sanitizing- Ability to work safely with sharp instruments- Ability to undertake cleaning tasks with a positive attitudeand most importantly:UFG Dishwashers are Expected to Work Quickly and Accurately in a High Pressure Environment
