Position Description:The Broker Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving assigned sales/membership growth targets through the brokers within the NJ market.The Broker Manager will be responsible for partnering with the M&R Agent Managers to create and maintain relationships with the NJ broker community leading to increased sales our of Dual Complete ONE plan. He/she will be responsible for all product and benefit training for the broker channel and will act as the primary point of contact to the broker community on behalf of the local health plan.The Broker Manager will assist agents in uncovering market niches and actively pursuing growth opportunities, as well as, monitoring sales results, trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) and will hold agents accountable for achieving sales targets. He/she will understand the target audience for our products and how to position our products and value proposition in order to remain competitive.
Continually build our base of agents selling the Dual Complete ONE product in NJ.Nurture our base of current producing agents to increase productivity from all distribution channels.Work with the local M&R Sales Directors and their Agent Managers to identify and develop relationships with individuals and organizations that influence the buying behavior of our target consumer (i.e., providers, community leaders, faith-based organizations, etc.).Compliance: Ensure agents adhere to sales and marketing guidelines associated with Medicare regulations, CMS, DMAHS and company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED
5+ years Medicare or managed care sales experience
Active life/health license
3+ years’ experience supervising sales teams or managing broker relationships
Travel up to 75% of time in the state of New Jersey
Live within a commutable distance to assigned sales territory
Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual English/Spanish
