PURPOSE:

Works directly with Manager to support Residential Technical Operations and the Contractor Management Team through the coordination of personnel, materials, data gathering and reporting. Assist internal and external customers with concerns or issues.


REPORTS TO: Manager, Residential Technical Operations



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create, prepare, refine, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reporting data.

Research accounts or other items in CSG, TOPS, or other applications as needed.


Coordinates information, material and billing for MDU type projects.


Coordinates installation and project billing with contractor companies


Research and analyze contractor billing and project data to identify trends and errors.

Enter validated exceptions as required and communicate and/or present findings to appropriate personnel as required.


Coordinates timing and information on billing items for accruals and related forecasts.


Works with warehouse and contractors to material stock requests.


Calculate and process invoice backcharges and communicate results to appropriate personnel and contractors.


Process underground project surveys and reports.


Create, prepare, refine and distribute report material cost reports.


Tracks contractor onboarding and removal in EMS. Oversee the process of onboarding documents, badge assignment, and other related activities.


OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Must be able to maintain regular attendance and be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.


Must be able to travel as needed.


Perform other duties as assigned.


JOB-RELATED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Must possess strong organizational skills including the ability to effectively and efficiently prioritize work.


Must possess excellent customer service and problem solving skills.


Must possess comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (specifically Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access).


Must possess the ability to utilize billing programs such as CSG and ICOMS.


Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.


Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.


Ability to speak clearly and effectively before groups of customers or employees of internal and external organizations. (TWC and its Contractors)



EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
