About this job

Responsibilities:

Conducts advanced research and analysis on detailed financial transactions, providing resolution to internal and/or external customers. Helps team in completing departmental projects and initiatives within time line. Receives direction and assignments from Lead or Manager, and seek clarification when necessary.  Assist with department training needs. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent education preferred plus a minimum of two years finance work experience.

1. Responsible for managing high volumecredit card programs.

2. Monitors and manages employee expense reports.

3. Participates in regular audits to ensure SOX compliance.

4. Provides excellent customer service to client group.

Ability to work in a multi-task environment and handle complex assignments.  Strong Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills.  Decision making and judgement skill.  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
