We provide an extensive, hands-on Paid Training Program with experienced professionals to guide you to success. Our Brand Ambassadors receive a Competitive Hourly Pay Rate of $13.00 per hour with potential to earn Performance Bonuses -- so the better you execute, the more you make!

Our expectations are simple – work hard, have fun, and get paid! As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll conduct scheduled sales events at retail locations, sharing with both Consumers and Store Associates the features and benefits of the products you are representing.

A Brand Ambassador must be outgoing, driven, and highly motivated to succeed. Our successful Ambassadors are self-starters with an entrepreneurial spirit. No previous experienced is required, but experience with assisted sales in the retail channel is a big plus! Qualified candidates must have stellar communication skills and the ability to engage with consumers in a relaxed yet focused manner.

The SalesMakers Brand Ambassador will:

  • Make significant impact on sell-through of product and services through the retail channel, and achieve sales goals
  • Ensure that retail relationships are optimized by developing a great relationship with the retailer management team and ensuring store associates are trained and equipped to drive sales for SalesMakers, Inc.
  • Engage with consumers, sharing the features of our client’s products and ultimately closing the sale to reach your goals
  • Distribute flyers and promotional literature on behalf of our client
  • Collect data and insight as to performance and consumer behaviors, observations, and solutions and enter into your Smartphone device using a variety of apps.

Qualifications

  • Must possess an outgoing personality with a passion for our clients
  • Ability to start a conversation with anyone
  • Experience working with any of the national big-box retailers is a plus
  • Independent and motivated team player, have an entrepreneur spirit
  • Goal oriented and driven to succeed
  • Tech savvy--must be able to operate a minimum of 4 different apps on your Smartphone at once
  • Regular physical activity may be required, e.g., setting up promotional material, display tables, etc.

Requirements

  • You are available to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • You can pass a background check and drug screening
  • You are 18+ years with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You are legally permitted to work in the US
  • You have your own vehicle or reliable transportation
  • You have your own smartphone with a minimum of 2 GB of data
  • Have access to a computer or large tablet to complete a virtual interview and paid training.
