CAREGiver Supervisor

 
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, rewarding enviornment, this could be the position for you!  As the leading provider of non-medical in home services to seniors in the Tristate area, we employ a large number of CAREGivers and identify compatible clients in Vanderburgh, Warrick, Posey and Gibson counties.  The CAREGiver Supervisor plays an integral role within our Human Resources Department as this person is responsible for overseeing our entire CAREGiving team.  This key player is expected to perform a variety of duties related to the supervision and retention of CAREGivers. 


Responsibilities include: 

• Supervise and evaluate CAREGiver performance
• Conduct new hire orientation 
• Maintain all employment records
• Attend and participate in weekly HR meeting
• Facilitate regular CAREGiver evalutions
• Monitor and reduce CAREGiver turnover
• Assist in quality assurance goals related to CAREGiver retention
• Complete quarterly goals as set by Operations Manager
• Participate in weekly overnight on call rotation
• Conduct random employee drug screens per company standard
• Function as emergency fill-in CG as needed
• function as a team player in a fast-paced office environment, while meeting individual accountability goals

Qualifications:​

• Some HR experience preferred
• Valid Driver's license/auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• College education or similar experience preferred 
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with wide variety of people.

Locally owned and operated franchise. Company offers medical & dental insurance plan, paid vacation and paid holidays.  Non-exempt position (hourly wage).
