What do our Assistant Managers do?

Assistant Managers at Massage Envy assist the clinic Manager in daily operations. Our front desk staff is the first point of contact that our guests have with Massage Envy. Your job is to assist in maintaining the training and customer service expectations for the sales team. Some other duties include but are not limited to:

 

•          Answer phones and schedule appointments by pairing each guest with the best therapist for their needs

•          Greet clients in a professional manner

•          Check guests in and out

•          Maintain member files

•          Enter client records electronically

•          Making courtesy phone calls to our member

•          Light cleaning, including laundry

•          Handling client accounts and customer service related items

•          Assist in action plans and disciplinary action forms for front desk associates

•          Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports and tracking documents

•          Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly training with staff

•          Monitor schedules and appointment books to optimize scheduling

•          Monitor retail items and place orders as needed

•          Handle daily bank deposits and monitor register reports

 

 

Experience:

• Customer service and sales experience preferred.

• Ability to effectively communicate with members/guests about membership benefits and clinic policies/procedures.

• Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast paced environment.

• Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management and sales staff.

• Able to work flexible days and hours (nights and weekends required)

• Be able to memorize and perform our Sales Process
