WE ARE LOOKING FOR FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME TEAM MEMBERS FOR PREP POSITION.

Requirements: You must have minimum 1 year experience as a prep person. Some of the responsibilities that will be required of you are:

Hand pressing all beef, chicken, turkey and seafood. A wide variety of sauces are to be prepped from scratch. Chopping and slicing of vegetable and salad ingredients as well as preparing certain breading mixtures and seasonings. A daily list will be given of items that need to be prepared, depending on the daily needs some days will have more items that need to be prepped  than others. Rotating product according to FIFO is mandatory and constant communication with management on how to maintain high quality and specification of products while minimizing food cost.
