Compensation is negotiable and based on:
A) Attitude - We can train your tree climbing skills, but only you can improve your attitude, and "attitude is everything!"
B) Coachability - we have some of the best arborists in DFW, and want to teach you how to be your best, on and off the job!
C) A SERIOUS work Ethic - although we do have fun!
D) Transportation - we are not your mom!
E) Experience - Obviously!
F) Certifications - Arborist, CTSP, Certified Tree Worker, Etc. are all huge bonuses because they prove that you're serious about tree care. If you don't hold certifications, we will help you obtain them!
