Join the Peace of Mind Concierge Service Family! We are a growing cleaning/concierge service located in Germantown, WI. We are more than a cleaning company we also assist customers with their household tasks including cleaning, laundry, dishes, ironing, organizing, personal shopping, etc.
We service Washington, Waukesha, Ozaukee and Milwaukee County, employ over 18 cleaners, and service over 250 recurring customers. We offer a 401k with up to a 4% company match and paid vacation. Not to mention there is opportunities for advancement.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Is reliable and trustworthy.
- Is comfortable driving and has a good sense of direction (we drive throughout the day)
- Is capable of physical labor. This is a very physical job; you should be able to lift 35 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Has past customer and in-home service experience; this is a plus, not requirement.
- Learns from their mistakes and wants to grow as a person.
- Takes pride in their work.

Starting pay is $11.00 an hour plus tips for the first 90 days of probation. At 90 days we will review your performance and a raise will be given based on your performance.
Hours are 8:30 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday and one Saturday a month.
