Caregiver - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Caregiver.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Duties typically include:

• Companionship and conversation
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Dressing and grooming
• Transferring and positioning
• Bathing and showering

Requirements include: 

• A minimum of 6 months experience
• Ability to competently perform assigned tasks
• Good communication skills
• Warmth and compassion for people under your care
• Completion of a criminal background check, BMV check, TB test, and drug screen
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation

We need caregivers to help seniors and disabled adults throughout Northwest Indiana.  A variety of shifts are available, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, overnights, live-ins and more. Special consideration given for applicants willing to do overnight, weekend, and live-in shifts.
