Staffmark has immediate openings for Customer Service Specialist in Garland. TX
The Customer Service Specialist will work with a high volume auction platform and customer service center. Duties include, but are not limited to: receiving and responding to a high volume of customer questions through phone and email; in order to resolve they will need to calculate and process refunds, coordinate shipping, and solve problems through judgment and analytical thinking.
Responsibilities• Handles a high volume of inbound calls and emails
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve goals
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Will have to exercise independent judgment.
• Provides back-up coverage for other customer service specialists as volume dictates, must be adaptable to change
Qualifications• Positive attitude and professionalism required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and communicate
• Strong computer skills needed working in multiple systems and screens at once
• Excellent telephone, oral and written communication skills required
• Excellent problem solving and above average math skills required
• Reliable and punctual attendance required
• Must demonstrate accountability and willingness to accept responsibility
• Bilingual skills a plus
• Some college, degree preferred
