Position Description:This is a Production Support Service Coordinator role, leading a
team of 3 or more people consisting of a mix of onshore and offshore team
members. Coordinate the processes and activities that focus on restoring
service after an incident occurs. Monitors environment health and the
facilitation of high severity incidents to improve the state of service
availability and continuity. Coordinates the efforts of all functions to
complete scheduled jobs in a timely manner. Documents all problems and takes
corrective action as required. Interfaces with other departments as
required. This position calls for designing, some coding,
debugging, extensive testing, and documenting enhancements to the area
applications. In addition, the position requires providing effective and
responsive production support to our mission-critical and
time-sensitive financial applications with periodic on call
responsibilities.
