Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers. Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries. Employees in jobs labeled with (SCA) must support a government Service Contract Act (SCA) agreement.
Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily/weekly/monthly activities of a team members
Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met, such as Quality, Adherence, Service Level and AHT
Coordinates work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc.
Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
Provides coaching and feedback to team members, including formal corrective action
Conducts annual performance reviews for team members
Provides expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers
The candidate needs to be flexible with their schedule, this site is open 7 days a week, from 6 am to midnight. Schedules are assigned during shift bids, based on performance.

Requirements

Requirements:


High School Diploma/GED
3+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
1+ years of experience as a Supervisor or SME or Team Lead where you are responsible for assisting team members   
Demonstrated knowledge of health care terminology and products/services (e.g., medical, dental, behavioral, vision, benefit plans, disability, COBRA, FSA, HRA)
Experience with legal/regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, state/regional requirements)
Ability to take member calls as necessary
Must be available to work between the hours of operation: Open 7 days a week from 6 am to midnight. Schedules are assigned during shift bids and based on performance.
