Ivar's, the premier seafood restaurant company in the Pacific Northwest, is currently seeking dining room bussers with high-volume experience to work various shifts at our recently remodeled Acres of Clams location on the waterfront in downtown Seattle (1001 Alaskan Way on Pier 54). The starting pay for this position will be $15 per hour plus additional wages from our daily revenue sharing system.
The primary responsibilities of Ivar's bussers are to ensure empty tables are ready to receive new guests by removing dirty dishes, cleaning the eating area, and assisting the servers as needed.
Qualified candidates must have the following:
- At least one year of experience working as a busser in a high-volume restaurant
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, handle stress, and stay cool under pressure
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
