Event Staff - Hiring Now!

CSC, "The Leader in Crowd Management", is looking for dedicated staff to work the upcoming Houston Texans football season, as well as many other exciting events at NRG Park. This job is great for those interested in adding to current income, those who need to work around a school schedule, or those who are just looking for a part-time job. If you have supervisor, security, or other crowd management experience, we have other positions that will fit your skill set.

Already have a security license? We can get you started ASAP.

Essentials Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain a valid and current security guard license
• Follow all operating procedures and policies
• Protect persons and property as directed
• Follow directives of Event Staff Supervisor and/or Event Manager for each event assigned
• Respond to conflicts
• Effective interpersonal skills in order to deal with guests/public
• Serve where needed or as support to other tasked team members at each event including but not limited to: gate posts, ticket taking, bag searches, operating magnetometers, and directing guests
• Use wands for security search
• Coordinate with facility staff as appropriate
• Communicate with event staff and supervisor(s)
• Observe and report matters of concern to your Supervisor and the Event Manager, and record on an incident report form
• Respond to emergencies, including assisting with evacuations

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Applicants are subject to background checks based on job criteria
