Customer Service Representative – E Commerce
Healthy life style focus, focused and fun workplace plus free lunch! Do you have previous Customer Service experience working with ZenDesk? Do you enjoy helping people and providing outstanding customer support? Our Westside Los Angeles client is looking for you!
Duties:
- Assist in the processing of online orders quickly, while providing superior service to customers.
- Assist customers with membership, and returns
- Record and maintain detailed and accurate customer information with customer service software
- Accurately direct consumers to appropriate information
- Develop knowledge of products offered to assist with technical questions as needed
- Show a sense of urgency and demonstrate accuracy, efficiency and courtesy
Requirements
- At least six months of previous customer service experience including e-commerce, online call center
- High computer literacy and comfortable learning required software
- Ability to follow directions and training
- Belief in a healthy lifestyle is helpful to properly assist customers
- Strong grammar for written and spoken communication
Training provided at 9:00 - 5:30 pm then scheduled based on company needs
