Bruegger's Bagels is currently looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our corporate office team in Dallas, Texas.

The Facilities Coordinator will work as a liaison between the Field Operations Team and the Facilities Department to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and provide regular reporting and tracking.

Responsibilities will include:

● Implement and manage the Facilities Software Management program; including initial training, on-going education, troubleshooting, validation of service, and monitoring and reporting of trends and issues for escalation.
● Prepare Capital Project Request (CPR) and other forms for signature.
● Maintain the Facilities department files such as, photo library, tracking forms, logs, Capital Declining Balance, Asset tracking, Equipment Replacement, etc.
● Track and communicate all inquiries from Field Operations.
● Maintain Facilities Department policy and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement.
● Schedule meetings and prepare agendas for meetings.
● Track and monitor Facilities costs to budget and provide required analytics.
● Partner with Accounting & Finance to ensure proper vendor set-up, timely processing of payments, troubleshoot vendor and payment issues, and analyze budget data.
● Establish and maintain relationships with Field Operations and vendors to ensure awareness of cost controls and service levels.
● Maintain all information as it relates to property commitments, lease agreements, vendor warranties, emergency numbers and national contracts.
● Manage/participate in special projects as assigned.
