In support of Central Oil and Supply core critical mission, this position provides excellent customer service to all patrons in accordance with the Company policies, procedures, and standards. These duties are accomplished ensuring the customer experience is pleasant at all times and fosters an environment that causes customer's to choose Harde Mart as their first choice for fuel and shopping options. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining customer service per company standard, generating sales, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, cash register operations (POS) and loss prevention in adherence to all Company Policy/Store standards.
