The Server is responsible for providing a welcoming and hospitable environment, and going above and beyond to meet needs, ensuring an excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities:
* Follow proper steps of service in a personal, attentive, and friendly manner.
*Assist managers with all Front of House duties including seating guests, answering phones, entering reservations, and bussing and setting tables. Perform all side work with great care: stocking supplies, cleaning, and station organization.
*Attend daily line-up with key kitchen staff; remain up-to-date on knowledge about ingredients, sourcing, kitchen techniques, wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages, both on the menu and in general. Ability to communicate knowledge to customers.
*Communicate clearly and with kindness to coworkers, guests, and vendors at all times. Be professional, team-oriented and respectful of service culture in every interaction, during every shift.
* Follow all established protocols for checking in and out of the POS, and all money handling tasks.
