About this job
PURPOSE: Represent and promote the store operations in an up-beat manner, which insures customer satisfaction and maximum efficiency for the store.
● Immediately greet every customer upon arrival in the store.
● Assist customers in their needs and demonstrate concern.
● Make sales transactions quickly and accurately.
● Develop the ability of “Suggestive Selling”.
● Maintain stock on shelves and coolers.
● Complete shift reports in accordance with company guidelines
● Treat customers and co-workers in a friendly, courteous manner.
● Develop the ability to read and understand instructions for operating electronic cash register, computers and other equipment.
● Adhere to all the city, county and state liquor, tobacco and health regulations.
● Assist the store manager in seeing that the store maintains a store inspection grade of at least 85%.
● Willingness to attend company functions and meetings.
● Maintain parking lot, empty trash and keep overall grounds free of litter.
● Follow all company policies and procedures.
