● Seat Guests
● Guest Farewells
● Handle Guests Who Are Waiting
● Answer and Handle Telephone Calls
● Handle Fiesta To Go Orders
● Handle Brand Marketing and Gift Certificate Sales
● Clean & Maintain Foyer, Host Desk Area and Restrooms
● Oversee Dining Room Atmosphere and Operations
● Perform any other Duties as Assigned by Manager
● Do All of Above Tasks in a “Guest Obsessed” Manner!
