To fulfill the guests' needs while they are in the dining room and lounge. These responsibilities include:
● Greet Guest
● “Read” the Guest and deliver the experience they want on this visit
● Suggestive Sell Specials and Extras
● Take Food and Drink Orders
● Deliver Food and Drinks to Guests
● Handle Guest's Payment
● Sidework
● Cleaning
● Product Knowledge
● Provide Responsible Alcohol Service
● Perform any other Duties as Assigned by Manager
● Do All of above Tasks in a "Guest Obsessed" Manner!

◊ Present Yourself With A Genuine Smile And A Sincere Welcome
◊ Listen - And Offer Appropriate Suggestions Or Personal Recommendations
◊ Serve HOT Food HOT
◊ Assure The Guest You're Happy They Came
