SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES All service center managers are to teach, learn and live the My Jiffy Lube Group mission statement. Our managers are expected to ensure his/her service center is performing at peak efficiency every hour of every day. Every manager is responsible for ensuring that our customers recieve and experience world class customer service by each and every employee employed in his/her service center. Above all, our managers are always expected to Do the right thing! Schedule: Sunday: Off, Monday: Open Close, Tuesday: Open Close, Wednesday: 11AM Close, Thursday: Off, Friday: Open Close, Saturday: Open 2PM Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for overall profitability of store and compliance with Jiffy Lube systems as outlined in Jiffy Lube Policies and Procedures Manual and all My Jiffy Lube Group policies and procedures. 2. Responsible for screening, interviewing and hiring of all new employees and performing progress evaluations, disciplinary action and terminations. 3. Responsible for monitoring training / re-training of employees. 4. Responsible for scheduling employee work hours in adherence with current policies. 5. Responsible for adherence to all established budgets: Labor, Guest Counts, Overtime, Sales, Paid Outs etc. 6. Being trained and knowledgeable for all employment positions within service center and providing ongoing supervision of all positions. 7. Responsible to insure that the Assistant Manager is adequately trained to run the service center in Managers absence. 8. Responsible for the development of new fleet accounts. 9. Responsible for in store quality control and resolving all customer complaints and quality incidents according to My Jiffy Lube Group policies and procedure. 10. Responsible for full knowledge and operation of the point of sale system. 11. Responsible for inventory control, including weekly physical inventory and month-end physical inventory (all receipt of goods and adjustments). 12. Responsible for all funds tendered at service center, including overages, shortages and all nightly deposits. 13. Responsible for holding two monthly crew meetings with written agendas and safety training topics. 14. Responsible for administering all necessary and approved maintenance. 15. Responsible for attending two managers meetings per month held at My Jiffy Lube Group headquarters.
