Overall Purpose
● Provide excellent customer service while assisting customers with game play, game problems, prize redemption, maintaining the physical appearance and safety of the facility, and answer any questions about Kids Quest and Cyber Quest.
● Become a team-oriented employee by following the guidance and direction from the Cyber Quest management team.

Job Specifications
● Must be 18 years or older.
● Must adhere to Kids Quest/ Cyber Quest dress code guidelines.
● Abide by all Kids Quest and Cyber Quest policies and procedures, including those within the Teammate Manual.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic, and loud facility.
● Be on time for all scheduled shifts and prepared for the work environment.
● Come to work each day motivated and with a positive attitude.
● Wear a headset for effective team communication when requested by a supervisor.
● Enjoy working in an environment comprised mostly of children.
● Ability to work in and promote a team-based environment.
● Ability to remain on your feet for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).

Principle Duties and responsibilities
● Provide exceptional guest service.
● Work with guests in a positive and friendly manner.
● Help customers redeem tickets for prizes by using a cordless scanner.
● Support customers playing arcade games by providing support or information to serve their needs.
● Load redemption games with prize tickets.
● Be responsible for a Cyber Quest issued staff card.
● Pick up cups, paper, wrappers and other materials while on the arcade floor.
● Help stock, display, and organize redemption prizes.
● Keep redemption displays full, clean, and presentable to customers.
● Learn the operations of a cash drawer, and make deposits with a supervisor.
● Be able to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
● Complete daily cleaning tasks.
● Complete all required daily operations logs or checklists.
● Be familiar with all Cyber Quest promotions and special events.
● Help maintain security and supervision of the facility by promoting a safe environment.
● Report maintenance needs to supervisor(s).
● Provide and prepare snacks and meals for the guests following universal precautions and infection control guidelines and procedures.
● Attend and participate in scheduled team meetings and training events.
