About this job

Responsible for assisting and supporting the Supervisors and Housekeepers in meeting quality and timeliness standards. A House Person must ensure he or she follows the company mission statement and values.

Main Responsibilities:

QUALITY
o Maintain a high standard of excellence
o Stock and maintain cleanliness and organization of storage closets
o Assist in stripping units of soiled linens as directed
o Remove soiled linens and trash from units
o Make linen and supply bags as directed
o Deliver linen and supply bags to units
o Walk all assigned buildings or floors to ensure all are free of linen, trash or equipment
o Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure
o Report lost and found items to Executive Housekeeper
o Move furniture as directed
o Operate company vehicle and ensure maintenance is performed as necessary
o Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office

TIMELINESS
o Willing and able to perform any and all duties related to site operation as directed by the Executive Housekeeper
o Maintain a sense of urgency so that units are turned on time
o Personal timeliness, be prompt with all assignments and appointments

BUDGET
o Use supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively
o Assist in linen inventories and supplies as directed

CUSTOMER SERVICE
o Assist in solving guest complaints promptly
o Create strong, positive customer relations
o Willing and able to assist resort guests and owners
o Make guest deliveries as directed
o Knowledgeable of the resort
