Responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and parking lots.
● Exhibits excellence in customer service.
● Responsible for the meticulous appearance and cleanliness of the property exterior, always keeping CURB APPEAL top of mind. This includes fuel pumps, building, drive-thru/patio areas and car wash facilities.
● Washing down and/or sweeping walkways, painting fuel islands/bollards cleaning light fixtures, removing trash and weeds. Spreading snowmelt and/or removing snow/ice from walkways during winter season.
● Assisting customers with fuel or car wash related questions, or site specific tasks such as filling propane.
● Identify and immediately report to store manager or take action to correct potential safety hazards which may exist on the site.
● Report to work on time and follow uniform policies.
● Be knowledgeable about and follow company policies.
● Treat customer, co-workers, and vendors with dignity and respect.
● Maintain a positive attitude.
