About this job
- Identify and maintain daily contact with sources of mortgage loan production, including Processors, Loan Officers, to ensure smooth flow of loan applications and packages to and within the company.
- Take applications from retail source clients and verifies accuracy and data entry in LOS
- Verifies accurate GFE compliance
- Orders supplements and verifications as directed
- Follows up on outstanding items as requested to ensure proper turn times
- Handles questions from accounts regarding underwriting, processing and funding flow.
- Performs a variety of tasks maintaining familiarity with Company concepts, practices, and procedures.
