Description
We take pride in our restaurant and the products that we serve. We expect our Greeters to adhere to Rafferty's Teamwork System in an effort to insure our guests have a great experience when visiting our restaurant. Greeters are, at all times, expected to make our guests feel welcome, comfortable and special. Rafferty's Greeters are the very first impression AND the very last impression our guests have of our restaurant. So it is important that you have an out-going, courteous, and professional presence.

Requirements

● Maintain a Guest focus AND a positive attitude while performing all duties to insure “NO UNHAPPY GUESTS, NOT EVEN ONE”
● Operate within the Rafferty's Teamwork Service System at all times by being ready and willing to assist Management and fellow Associates before they ask
● Assume 100% responsibility for our guests' quality experience
● Project an out-going and friendly personality at all times.
● Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
● Hold the door open for our guests as they enter and as they exit our restaurant
● Welcome each incoming guest with a SMILE and a sincere greeting
● Thank each guest for visiting our restaurant as they leave the building
● Strike up a conversation while walking guests to their table
● Answer all phone calls by the second ring and SMILE while speaking on the phone
● Maintain waitlist and Communicate with management regarding waitlist times
● Exhibit complete menu knowledge - Be able to answer questions regarding our beverages, food, and other restaurant functions and services.
● Preparing orders for our carry-out guests.
● Notify manager-on-duty any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience.
● Open and/or close the Greet Station following the appropriate procedures for set-up, breakdown, and cleanliness.
● Maintain a clean and organized greet station, foyer and restaurant entrance area
● Able to handle money in an accurate and timely fashion
● Able to work in a fast paced high volume restaurant environment.
● Comply with all company guidelines regarding Food Safety and Personal Safety
● Completes required tasks within assigned time frames
● Assists in other areas of the restaurant performing maintenance, cleanliness and/or other duties during as assigned
● Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently
● Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
